Here's how it works: 1. You take the photos or your members can submit one of their own favorites. ***No setting dates for a photographer and then having some that can't make it. ***No pressure on your members to buy photographers photo packages. 2. Pick the design layout you prefer from the choices below. 3. Send us the information and photos you want in your directory via email or regular mail. |
Here's how we work: 1. Setup $2.00 per photo, includes cropping 2. Your directory will include front page with your name and back page Free 3. Inside informational pages $4.00 per page 4. We will do all the layout and design work on the information and photos you have provided 5. Arrange the photos in alphabetical order 6. When finished, we will email a copy for your approval 7. Upon approval, we will ship CD directory, all original photos and information, back to you Free updates on information only will be provided for the first three months, an updated CD will be sent at the end of the three months. Updates $2.00 per photo or informational change after three months (Minimum of 10 changes per update at a time) |

Because your organization is growing, your directory will grow with you. All directories are sent to you on CD. Just have your local printer print out as many copies as needed. This keeps your cost to a minimum. |
