You can order services 2 ways --- Online or by Mail |
Either way you prefer to place your order, please remember the following: 1. Most orders will be finished, subject to your approval, and mailed to you within 5 working days. 2. Since these are special order services for one-of-a-kind items, payment is due when order is placed. 3. When we receive your order, we will inspect all photos, go over all instructions, and confirm payment has been received. 4. We will then notify you, by email or phone, that we have received your order and are starting work on your requests. |
Online Orders: How Do I Prepare Photos For E-Mail? 1.PLACE SHOPPING CART ORDER FIRST & we will be watching for your photos to match them up with your order. 2. When scanning photo, save file as (first initial)(last name)(photo #), and save in .tif format to get the best overall quality. This will correspond to your order information and keep us organized. EXAMPLE: tsmith5.tif 3. Scan photo at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI @ 100% uncompressed original size. Scan in color mode, even if photo is black & white. Turn off any photo enhancing options you may have. This tends to distort the photo. |
Mail Orders: How Do I Prepare Photos For Mailing? 1. Use the online shopping cart and add a note - MAILING PHOTOS ON (date), so we will know when to expect them. -OR- Enclose detailed instructions for services ordered, and a money order for the total amount, with your photos. 2. Place your photos or documents in a large ziplock bag, for extra protection. 3. If you do not have a photo mailer envelope, place ziplock bag w/photos between sturdy pieces of cardboard and place in a secure envelope or box suitable for mailing. Mark on box or envelope - PHOTOS - DO NOT BEND. 4. For large photos or documents, it is best to use a cylinder mailer. Do not fold photos or documents. 5. Number photos and corresponding information, so we will know what instructions go with what photo. 6. Photos being transferred to DVD need to be numbered on the back of each photo, in the order you want them. 7. Please place all necessary information with photos, including your NAME, MAILING & EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE. 8. The best way to send your order is US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shopping Cart: We have customized our shopping cart to better serve our clients. There is NO waiting for quotes, you have the prices up front. You can submit up to 10 photos for service with 1 order, distinguish each photo and what needs to be done to it. This gives you flexibility of ordering more than one service for each photo submitted. EXAMPLE: Photo #1 INFO - fix water damage, Photo #1 INFO - center little girl. Photo #1 oil paint conversion EXAMPLE: Photo #2 INFO - color dress red, Photo #2 Canvas 24X36 In INFO window you can give us specific instructions or tell us anything you want us to know about your photo. Also in INFO, you may need to let us know color choice, if selecting a gradient feature, we need 2 color choices. If you see SELECT on your order line, you must select from the drop down menu provided. |
