Service Policy

The products and services offered on this site are especially made just for your order, one-of-a-kind,
and are not massed produced or waiting in inventory to be bought, therefore, we do require payment in
full when your order is placed.

Due to the high standards we set for ourselves, Blue Bottle Photo Works will not accept work on
photos we consider morally unacceptable. Morally unacceptable includes, but is not limited to: nudity
of any kind, and/or photos that depict any sexual or violent acts.
NOTE: Nude photos of newborn babies and infants will only be accepted if the final project covers up
genital area or baby is diapered.

We will not intentionally or knowingly alter any images and will not accept work on photos that have
been copyrighted by someone else without consent of original copyright holder. You must have written
consent from the person holding the copyright on the photos you want altered or reproduced before
said photos are uploaded or mailed to Blue Bottle Photo Works.
Therefore, by sending photos to us, you warrant that you have written consent from copyright holder
and agree to hold harmless Blue Bottle Photo Works and its employees for any and all cost involved in
a violation of said copyright laws.

When we receive your order, we will contact you, via email or phone, to let you know your order has
been received and your photos have been examined.

Valuing the uniqueness of every person and realizing that what we perceive may not be what you
perceive, we may have additional questions concerning your order. We might offer suggestions
regarding your photos, but services are provided based on your information, and only approved by you
services will be done. Your finished photo is truly a group effort with your input.

Working with an original always produces a crisper result, especially if you are wanting enlargements
printed.
NOTE: If you are mailing original photos or documents, please be aware that Blue Bottle Photo Works
can not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit to us or in transit back to you. Our
policy is to return items via USPS Priority Mail in order to track your package.

Once we have received your items, we will take full responsiblility while in our possession. We do not
farm any of our products or services out. All work is performed in-house and on the premises of Blue
Bottle Photo Works. All work will be done on a scanned digital image of your original sent to us. Your
original photo or document will not be altered in any way and will be handled very minimal and with
extreme care.

Reasonable turn around time is determined by the amount of work required and extent of the services
performed to produce the high standard of quality photo or photo cards that you and Blue Bottle Photo
Works expect. Changing work to be perfomed on a project, that is already in progress, will require
extra time and incur extra charges. Work in progress proofs are for the benefit of the customer.

Your photos will be printed on archival quality photo stock, in a lustre finish, with fade resistant
premium image performance ink that carries a manufacturer's guarantee to last 50 years longer than
standard photo inks.

Blue Bottle Photo Works will make every effort to ensure the final product meets your expectations by
emailing the image or project before finished photos are shipped.

We reserve the right to update or change this policy without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

You value your privacy and expect us to do the same. We value our own privacy and respect the
privacy of others. It is just good business! Blue Bottle Photo Works will always do our best to provide a
safe and secure environment on our website and in our offices for you.

We will never share your photos or information about your photos with any other customer, vendor, or
marketing venue. These items are treated as your personal property, not ours.

We will never sell your personal information or property to anyone for any reason, period. No
exceptions!!

We do not retain credit card information, shredding it after the order is complete.

Your e-mail address, phone number,or mailing address will be used, by us, to notify you regarding your
order, keeping you informed of the progress on your order, or address concerns you may have
concerning an order. We like to keep our customers informed.
Your e-mail address, phone number,or mailing address may also be used, by us, to let you know about
new services and/or special offers coming up.

Our hosting company is GODADDY.COM. They have issued us their Domain Origination Certification
Seal, located on our front page, that proves to you, we are who we say we are. We are the legal
originator of this website. This assures confidence in our customers.

More and more people are worried about security. The padlock icon, also located on our front page, is
your assurance of our current and up-to-date SSL Certificate, issued by GODADDY.COM. This
guarantees your personal information is secure up to 256 bit encryption. We are a Verified Secure
Website authenticated by the Certificate Authority.
