Stated Prices On This Page Include:
Photos will be scanned at 300 dpi for Better Quality
Once scanned,
... images will be digitally cropped if needed
... images will be digitally rotated if needed
... images will be written to disc in .TIF format to assure continued quality
Discs will be professionally labeled
Discs will be of archival quality to last for several generations
You will receive Thumbnail Photo Index Cards showing what is on each disc
The DVD will display a smooth fading out and fading in transition between images

About The Process
Sending In Your Photos:
Any photo over 9X12 will need to be counted as 2 photos
If you want a certain group of photos together, pack them together, bundled seperately
Want Your Photos In A Certain Order:
-- pencil numbers on the back top left corner of each photo
-- we will make sure your photos are in the right order on your DVD
Sending Albums or Scrapbooks:
-- we will scan in and write to DVD in the same order as your album / scrapbook is in

When We Receive Your Photos:
We will manually inspect, count, and organize your photos for scanning
We will notify you that they have arrived and give you our count #, usually by e-mail
Any overage or shortage on count will be billed or refunded at this time
The photos, along with a copy of the order, and all information you have
.. provided us, will be kept in an order box, especially prepared for your order only,
.. seperated from other orders
All work is done "in-house", USA, your photos never leave our offices, until the
.. project is finished and ready to be shipped back to you

Working On Your Project:
We will handle your photos with the utmost care
Our scanners use low heat ReadyScan LED lighting to protect your photos
We will not cut, bend, or write on your photos
We will not tape anything to your photos
We will not smudge your photos with fingerprints, we use lint-free gloves
We will notify you, at the half way point, by e-mail (to keep you informed)

When We Have Finished Your Project:
We will pack your order and photos securely for shipping
You will be notified, by e-mail, that your package has been mailed
You Will Receive ALL Your Original Photos Back, we do not keep anything
